The successful candidate should be able to work independently, as well as in a team environment, be a team player, be a self starter, and either hold a real estate sales license or be able to complete the real estate sales licensing course and pass the provincial exam. New licensees will be required to undergo in-house training to assure they are able to provide a certain level of service to clients. Knowledge is power, and we believe education is the key to success. Our REALTORS® are independent contractors with the tools for success. Candidate must be ready to commit to a full time position and be financially capable of completing the mandatory courses, licensing and training required as well as fund a start up period. Applicants should be able to work in Canada or apply for a work permit to do so. Criminal background and credit checks, as well as references from previous employers are required.
