Thinking of Buying? Whether you are a first time buyer or seasoned Buyer here are some things to check.
- Check your credit score. Available through www.equifax.com/personal/
- Clean up any credit blemishes you can. Pay off what you can in debts. Always pay bills on time. Set up payment plans with creditors for outstanding debts.
- Shop for a mortgage lender. A mortgage lender can help you figure out how much you can afford and we can do a search based on that.
- Secure mortgage pre-approval with your lender. Recommended Mortgage Specialists.

- Save up for a down payment. You can purchase a home with minimum 5% of purchase price down. With less than 20% down you will be required to purchase CMHC Insurance. For more info www.cmhc-schl.gc.ca
- Now write down a list of your needs and wants in a home.

- _____style of home or condo
- And anything else that is important.
- Then I can to a search of listings and email them to you as they become listed. You will receive listings before realtor.ca
